About the event
Start with a farm tour, and finish up with a with horizontal vegetable tasting flight. Sampling 3-5 varietals of one crop (including an organic store bought varietal as our baseline) to compare and contrast. Tasting them side-by-side reveals the subtle differences that you might have otherwise missed.
Class is geared towards guests 16 and over.
